Currently underway, Concourse Park is a modern apartment community being constructed in East Hartford, CT. Located closely to Pratt and Whitney, an aero-engine engineering company, Concourse Park is named after and positioned to become home to aviation engineers, as well as locals of the East Hartford area. The name references the commonly known airport term while also capturing the sentiment of community: "a large, open gathering area where many paths converge."
